With over 20 years of experience in sales operations, business management, revenue strategy, and customer success, Brittni Henry is known for aligning people, processes, and technology to fuel sustainable growth.

For more than 15 years, she supported a range of financial institutions, leading efforts in sales strategy, operations, team development, and customer experience.

In 2022, Brittni founded Digital Force Consulting, where she led CRM optimization projects across multiple industries, streamlining workflows and enabling data-driven decision-making. Her technical certifications in Salesforce Administration, Business Analysis, and HubSpot equip her to manage complex projects with precision and deliver measurable results. Her deep understanding of KPIs, revenue models, and performance metrics allows her to bring real impact to the organizations she supports.

Now, as Co-Founder and VP of Sales Operations at Eu-Tropia US, Brittni applies her strategic, systems-driven approach to advance operational excellence, inclusive hiring practices, and transformative organizational change.
