A seasoned Pilot Commander in Commercial Aviation, Alberto brings over 20 years of experience in pilot training, having served as both an Instructor (Flight and Simulator) and an ENAC-authorized Examiner for recurrent training and competency evaluations. He has held key leadership roles including Head of Training and Director of Flight Operations for an Italian airline, where he also designed pilot selection programs with a strong emphasis on assessing soft skills.

His expertise extends to Human Factors and Crew Resource Management (CRM) training for flight and frontline personnel. In this capacity, he contributed to the ENAC Focus Group on CRM/Human Factors, supporting national standardization efforts.

Since 2010, he has collaborated with healthcare organizations and academic institutions to research and teach Non-Technical Skills in clinical settings. He regularly contributes to seminars, training programs, and conferences, and is an active member of SIMMED (Italian Society of Simulation in Medicine).
