Paolo brings a rich blend of international experience and academic insight to Eu-tròpia. With a background in Training and Development, he spent 14 years in the U.S., earning a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and serving in leadership roles within higher education, where he supported career development and taught as an Adjunct Instructor.

At Eu-tròpia Italy and formerly Watson Wyatt, Paolo has led projects in executive coaching, leadership development, assessment centers, and organizational wellbeing. He designs competency models, facilitates focus groups, and ensures high-quality outcomes through strategic analysis and reporting.

He is a National Certified Counselor, Global Career Development Facilitator, and certified in the Strong Interest Inventory®, MBTI®, and Happy Coaching® method.
