Rosanna is an organizational psychologist and seasoned consultant with deep expertise in workplace wellbeing and leadership development. Prior to founding Eu-tròpia Italy, she held senior roles at Towers Watson and Hay Management.

An experienced academic, Rosanna taught Leadership at SUPSI and held long-term faculty roles at the University of Parma and Catholic University. She partners with HR teams to design and implement strategies around performance, values, and competency frameworks.

As an international assessor and executive coach, she leads assessment centers, leadership programs, and team development initiatives. Her work focuses on fostering engagement, guiding cultural transformation, and building thriving workplace cultures.
